I bring over 11+ years of experience as a communications professional and 3 as an accessible communications specialist. As an LGBTQ2S+ person with invisible disabilities and neurodivergence, I understand the importance of creating fully-accessible communications materials and eliminating barriers.

I have been a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) since September 2024. I also hold memberships with the Plain Language Association International (PLAIN), Disability Alliance of British Columbia (DABC) and the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP).

I have a lifetime of experience in navigating accommodations and advocating for myself. I also bring over 11+ years of experience as a communications professional and three as an accessibility specialist. I have a working knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL), with three years of formal education taught by the Deaf community. My expertise includes:
• accessibility plan strategy
• communications strategy
• plain language expertise
